Hot water jacket is rated at 75 Psi, Max. operating pressure is 14.9 PSI. Polyurethane 2" thick insulation jacket.
Agitation is 2HP paddle type and bridge mounted.
Tank Top: With double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning. Tank Bottom: Sloping bottom and side outlet.
Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
