Interior Construction: 316L Stainless Steel, with RA25 finish. Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, with RA28-32 finish.

Full Vacuum. Working capacity: 2500 gallon. Heαt Transfer Surface: Side and bottom stainless steel dimple jacket rated for 75 psi and NB registered.  Insulation: Rock wool 2" thick, with outer sheathing. Agitation: double agitator, one is scraper blade type(20HP 27RPM), another is paddle type(10HP 55RPM).

Emulsion mixer: 50HP 1750 RPM high shear emulsion.

Dished top with cone bottom.

Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.
