How It Works

• The process starts with loading the bags onto the machine. Next, coding or printing is applied to each bag for identification. Then, the bags are automatically opened and filled with the product. After filling, a dust removal step ensures any particles are cleared away before the bags are securely sealed with a double heat sealing process. Finally, the bags are shaped for a neat, professional finish, ready for packing or shipping.
