Filling Method

• The machine features a 6-head servo-driven filling system, with each metering pump independently controlled by its own servo motor for precise and consistent dosing. Filling volumes can be easily adjusted through the touchscreen interface. All nozzles are equipped with anti-drip mechanisms to ensure clean and efficient operation.

• Storage Hopper: Equipped with a liquid level sensor for automatic feeding control and a valve to regulate material flow in the pipeline.
• Touchscreen Control Center: Precisely manages the entire production process — adjusting filling range, conveyor speed, filling speed, filling head height, automatic counting (daily, shift, and cumulative output), emergency stop, storage hopper liquid level, automatic fault detection, fault diagnostics, filling and capping status, and backflow material hopper level.
• Filling Range Setting and Adjustment: The touchscreen control center allows free setting or adjustment of the desired filling volume. Through electrical signals or mechanical transmission, it automatically adjusts the filling range.
• Automatic Bottle Neck Positioning: Specially designed photoelectric sensors and mechanical linkage synchronize bottle neck positioning as empty bottles enter the filling area, preventing spills and contamination.
• No Bottle, No Fill: Photoelectric sensors monitor the filling position to ensure that the filling heads do not descend or activate when no bottle is present, effectively avoiding spills and bottle contamination.
• Safety Shutdown: If a fault occurs during operation, the system immediately triggers a flashing alarm light and displays the fault reason on the touchscreen control center.
