Continuous Capping Machine for Large Barrels

Workflow

1. Adding an elbow, pipe, and ball valve on the bottom of tank’s outlet.
2. The material is stirred and heated in the mixing tank.
3. Operators manually place empty barrels onto the roller electronic scale. (The heights of the scale will be reduced to the min height in order to enable the material free flow from the bottom of tank to the barrel.)
4. Use a manual valve to fill them. Once filled to the desired weigh, close the valve.
5. The operators put lids on the barrels
6. Then push them onto the roller conveyor for automatic capping (The heights of the capper will be reduced to match the height of the scale).
