Surface Finish External: Glass bead blasted.

Main Cover: Single hinged cover with limit switch. The limit switch must be integrated into the customers motor control circuit in order to de-energize the motor control circuit if the cover is opened.

Loading Grate & Cover: Located in the center of the main cover is a permanently welded loading grate. This loading grate has hinged dust cover. This is the only access for safe loading of solids or liquids.

Grate Dimensions: Fully welded parallel round ½" bars.

Agitator: Double ribbon mixing element with the outer ribbon moving solids to the center discharge and the inner ribbon moving solids to the ends of the trough. The ribbons are welded to heavy-duty struts extending radially from the main shaft. The ends of the agitator are flanged and bolted to the shafts which pass through the packing gland and bearings. This allows removal of the agitator assembly without disturbing the packing glands or bearings.

Shaft Seals: Stainless steel packing glands with adjustable stainless follower and multiple square PTFE packing rings. Housing is pre-drilled for a lantem ring for gas or liquid purge (lantem ring not included).

Shaft Bearings: Two Pillow Block

Drive (Hollow-Bore): Hollow-bore gear reducer (SEW Euro drive) with integral motor. The reducer is mounted directly to the mixer shaft. The hollow-bore eliminates exposed drive components and guards. The mixer shaft is supported by extremal roller bearings, allowing removal of the reducer without disturbing the agitator.

Liquid Spray/CIP Line: For liquid addition, CIP (Clean-in-Place) or gas purge. The spray line consists of a single 304 stainless steel pipe running the length of the tough and mounted toward the top rear of the trough. A quantity of eight (8), ¼"NPT connections are provided for spray nozzles (not included). External connection is threaded Tri-clamp.

Stainless Steel Leg Extensions: 66" Discharge Height below the discharge housing. 6" 304 stainless steel square tubing with side and back cross section (open front for access)fully welded and glass bead blasted.

Counter balanced Cover: All 304 stainless steel arms and solid stainless billet counterweight on main cover. Balanced to withing approximately 5 pounds. Stainless steel pneumatic air assist for opening and closing the cover. Include air valve and regulators. Requires 20-60 psig non-lubricated air.

Air Draft Connection: Two (2)6" straight tube connection, 304 stainless steels, welded to the rear corners of the main cover. Designed for dust evacuation when loading through the fixed grate cover (dust collector by customer)

Load Cell: Four load cells for each leg, center display.
