New customized 1000 gallon steam jacketed mixing tank with high shear disperser

*Sanitary configuration.

*Constructed of stainless steel with RA32 finish. Ineternal SS316L material, external SS304 material.

*Side and bottom is dimple jacketed with ASME-U Stamped at 120Psi and NB registered. Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.

*Twin agitation. 12HP 28RPM scraper balde type, 30HP 1750RPM high shear disperser type.

*Tank Top: Dome top, CIP cleaning. Conical bottom.

*Tank Bottom: Conical bottom with outlet port.

*Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
