Working Principle:

• Bottles to be labeled are conveyed along the bottle feed track. The bottle spacing is adjusted by the spacing adjustment mechanism to ensure even intervals between bottles. When a bottle passes, the photoelectric sensor detects it and sends a signal to the transmission system, which starts the labeling process. The tensioning system maintains proper tension on the label roll. After passing through the coding/printing machine, the label positioning sensor measures the label length and pulls out the required length. Under the action of the labeling and pressing components, the label is automatically peeled off and applied smoothly onto the designated position on the bottle, completing the labeling process.
