Overview:

• This machine is a round bottle labeling system that employs a fixed-position method to accurately apply labels on cylindrical objects. It is capable of labeling semi-circular or full-wrap surfaces and is ideal for industries including alcoholic beverages, food, personal care, cosmetics, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

Working Principle:

• The bottle dividing mechanism separates round or square bottles, after which sensors detect each passing product and send signals to the labeling control system. The system then activates the motor to dispense and apply the label at the precise position. With high-precision photoelectric positioning, the machine can apply one or two labels per bottle, allowing for both front and back labeling.

Operation Process:

• Place the products (can be connected to a production line) → Product conveying → Product spacing → Product detection → Labeling → Label covering → Collect labeled products.
