• Touchscreen Control Center:Accurately manages the entire production process: adjusts filling volume, conveyor speed, filling speed, filler head height; automatic counting (daily output, shift output, and cumulative output); emergency stop; monitoring of reserve tank liquid level; automatic fault detection; display of fault causes; and filling status, etc.
• Submersible Filling Mechanism:During filling, the filler head automatically extends into the bottle to prevent liquid overflow, making it suitable for viscous sauces and liquids.
• Range Setting and Adjustment:The filling range can be freely set or modified via the touchscreen control center.
• Automatic Bottle Neck Alignment:Equipped with a specially designed device combining photoelectric sensing and mechanical linkage for automatic bottle neck alignment. This ensures that when empty bottles reach the filling area, the bottle necks are synchronized automatically, preventing spillage and maintaining a clean working environment.
• No Bottle / Missing Bottle Protection:Photoelectric sensors monitor the filling position to ensure that the filler head will not descend or operate when a bottle is absent, preventing contamination and leakage.
• Reserve Tank Feeding:The reserve tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor interlocked with a solenoid valve. The system automatically opens or closes the valve based on liquid level detected by the photoelectric sensors during filling.
• Fault Stop:If a fault occurs during normal operation, the system immediately triggers a flashing alarm light and displays the fault cause on the touchscreen control center.
