I.Overview:

Using electromagnetic induction sealing technology to seal bottles is an advanced and mainstream sealing method today. Induction sealing is contactless, fast, and ensures excellent product airtightness. It is suitable for sealing bottles made of non-metallic materials such as plastic and glass, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, oils, and daily chemicals. Do not use this machine for flammable, explosive products or in hazardous environments.

This machine operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. Through non-contact induction heating, the aluminum foil instantly heats up to melt the adhesive layer of the sealing membrane. After cooling, the sealing membrane bonds with the bottle mouth, completing the seal.

II. Precautions:

This machine is only suitable for sealing circular bottle mouths and cannot be used to seal bottles made of metal or bottles with metal caps.

The adhesive layer on the induction sealing membrane must be compatible with the material of the item being sealed. Alternatively, glass (hot-melt adhesive) sealing membranes may be used.

Do not place any objects on the sealing head.
