Equipment Description:

(1)This machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and uses bubble tumbling, brushing, and spraying technologies to thoroughly clean the materials. With adjustable supporting legs and an upgraded air-blower system, the water is agitated to a “boiling” state to generate oscillating ultrasonic waves. Under the combined action of the “boiling” water and ultrasonic waves, the materials continuously roll, achieving thorough cleaning without causing damage.

(2)Blanching Line:The complete system includes an automatic temperature-control device, heating system, and hot-water storage unit. The equipment adopts variable-frequency drive technology with stable conveying speed, enabling fully automatic and continuous production.
