LGYF-2200A Continuous Induction Aluminum Foil Sealer

Overview

• This machine uses electromagnetic induction heating. Through non-contact induction, the aluminum foil is instantly heated, melting the adhesive layer of the sealing liner. After cooling, the liner bonds to the bottle mouth to complete the seal.
• Induction sealing is non-contact, fast, and provides excellent seal integrity. It is suitable for sealing bottles made of non-metallic materials such as plastic and glass.
• Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, oils, and daily chemical products.

Precautions

• This machine can only seal round bottle mouths. It cannot be used for metal bottles or bottles with metal caps.
• The adhesive layer of the induction sealing liner must match the material of the container being sealed. Glass containers may also use heat-melt adhesive liners.
• Do not place any objects on the sealing head.
• Do not use this machine with flammable or explosive products or in hazardous environments.
