Description

• This machine handles 1–169 fl.oz bottles, including irregular shapes. It can fill food liquids as well as chemicals, daily-use liquids, and pesticides.
• PLC-controlled, it ensures high efficiency and accurate dosing, making it ideal for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and daily-use industries.

Working Principle

• The machine automatically fills bottles with high precision. Bottles stop under the filling nozzle via a photoelectric sensor, and the PLC controls the filling volume. The conveyor then moves the next bottle into place, repeating the process.
• The supply tank is automatically refilled to maintain a stable liquid level, ensuring consistent and accurate filling for every bottle.
