Operation Flow
Products are fed from the upstream line into the checkweigher.
- Acceleration Section:Products enter the acceleration section, where they are spaced apart to ensure that only one item at a time enters the weighing section.
- Weighing Section:The system quickly measures the product weight and checks if it is within the target range:
- Conforming products continue along the line.
- Non-conforming products trigger a reject delay signal.
- The system automatically logs the number of accepted and rejected items.
- Reject Section:Upon receiving the reject delay signal, the reject section removes the non-conforming products accurately.
