Machine Function Overview

• Operates in a clean environment with low noise levels.
• The packaging machine can automatically handle product weighing, bag forming, sealing, coding, cutting, and other functions.
• Controlled via motion bus PLC, paired with a multilingual touch screen for intuitive and simple operation; the control system runs more reliably.
• Parameters can be adjusted without stopping the machine. Production speed and batch size are displayed. The system features self-diagnosis for equipment faults, can store up to 100 sets of parameters, making product changes quick and convenient. An Ethernet port is provided for easy EMS system integration.
• Uses Inovance bus servo motors for heat-sealing and bag pulling. Bag length can be set or adjusted via the touch screen without replacing any components, ensuring precise results.
• Equipped with a high-performance Sick photoelectric tracking system. When packaging materials with color marks, the system ensures complete and accurate branding graphics.
• Open mechanical design, with all product-contact parts made of high-quality 304 stainless steel to prevent contamination and allow easy cleaning. Automatic fault alarms trigger machine shutdown if protective covers are not closed, in compliance with CE safety standards.
• Uses an economical and efficient gear pump filling system, providing fast filling with ±0.5% accuracy.
