Features

  • The machine adopts PLC control, a stepper motor drive, and a touchscreen interface, making operation simple and easy to understand.
  • Parameters can be adjusted quickly and conveniently. Labeling speed and labeling count are clearly displayed.
  • Once the leading edge of the label adheres to the package, the product immediately carries the label forward to complete the labeling process.
  • The sensor detects the product, and the signal is processed by the PLC. The labeling position can be adjusted forward or backward through parameter settings.


Label Requirements

  • Roll format: Labels supplied in rolls (single-row). Gap between labels: 0.08–0.12 in (2–3 mm).
  • Margin between label and release liner edge: 0.08–0.12 in (2–3 mm).
  • Release liner material: Glassine liner.
  • Die-cutting tolerance: ±0.008 in (±0.2 mm). The liner must not be cut or damaged.
  • Roll specifications: Label core inner diameter 3.0 in (76.2 mm); maximum outer diameter 11.8 in (300 mm).
