• Precision Opening: Equipped with an automatic vacuum suction system and wide-angle opening mechanism to ensure precise carton forming and placement.
• Servo-Driven Loading: The product insertion system is servo-operated and includes a push-loading overload protection function to ensure products are safely loaded into the cartons.
• Easy Adjustment & Versatility: Maintenance and adjustments are highly convenient. Various sealing methods and auxiliary devices are optional. Switching between different product sizes within the machine’s range requires only a few parts to be changed.
• Robust Construction & Safety: The frame and mounting plates offer high strength and rigidity. The main drive system and servo motors are integrated within the frame. A servo torque overload protector is included to trigger an alarm and prevent component damage during an overload.
• Safety Interlocks:
• No Carton: No loading will occur; the machine will automatically stop and trigger an audible alarm.
• No Product: The machine will pause carton feeding and trigger an audible alarm.
