Introduction

• It is suitable for packaging various liquid, paste, granular, and powder products into pre-formed containers of various sizes and shapes, such as round cups, square, oval, rectangular, or irregular-shaped containers.

Basic Machine Functions

• Cup Dispensing: Automatically drops cups into the mold plate.
• Filling: The filling system can be designed according to your product's specific characteristics (liquid, paste, granular, powder, etc.).
• Film Sealing System
• Roll Film: Composed of a sealing cylinder, automatic alignment slider, alignment shaft, aluminum plate positioning head, and other components. When the cutting cylinder moves downward, the alignment shaft automatically aligns with the aluminum plate positioning head. If they are not perfectly centered, the alignment shaft drives the automatic alignment slider to adjust the alignment, ensuring accurate sealing.
• Pre-cut Lid (Sheet Film): Composed of a film feeding unit and suction nozzle unit. The film feeding unit mainly includes a pre-cut lid placement device and control mechanism. The suction nozzle unit mainly includes a lid holder, cylinder, and directional control valve.
• Sealing System: Includes heating and temperature control components, temperature sensors, sealing device, heat-sealing plate and head, and pneumatic sealing actuators. The machine is equipped with a two-stage heat sealing system for enhanced seal quality.
• Electrical Control System: Consists of a control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection devices, and emergency stop safety devices.
