Component Functions

  1. Film Roll Lifting Mechanism
  2. Function: Lifts the film roll to facilitate the bag-feeding mechanism in unwinding the film.
  3. Operation: After the film roll is secured onto the support shaft, the hydraulic pump starts. The oil cylinder drives the frame to swing upward, lifting the roll off the ground.Once the roll is clear of the floor, the pump stops, and the frame maintains a fixed position until the film roll is exhausted.
  4. Bag Feeding Station
  5. Function: Feeds the film roll into the packaging machine and provides a buffer for the film web.
  6. Corner Sealing Station
  7. Function: Creates V-shaped (diagonal) seals on the gusseted sides of the M-fold film.
  8. Bag Length Adjustment Station
  9. Function: Automatically repositions the corner sealing unit to align with changes in the set bag length.
  10. Operation: When the bag length is modified via the touchscreen, a geared motor drives the adjustment wheels to move the mechanism to the precise coordinates required for the new dimensions.
  11. Bag Transfer Mechanism
  12. Function: Transports the uncut film web and provides bag-length signals to the PLC.
  13. Operation: The geared motor drives the rollers at high speed to begin feeding.Once the fed length reaches a specific percentage of the target, the PLC switches the motor to low speed for precision.When the exact set length is reached, the PLC triggers the motor brake to stop the feed, completing the cycle.
  14. Bottom Sealing Station
  15. Function: Cuts a single empty bag to the set length and heat-seals the bottom of the subsequent bag.
  16. Operation: Once the film reaches the target length, a cylinder drives the clamping bars and bottom sealer to grip the film. Heating begins immediately to form the bottom seal.Simultaneously, the cutter activates to sever the current empty bag from the roll.After the bag-transfer grippers secure the cut bag, the cylinder releases the clamps and sealer to complete the cycle.
  17. Bag Opening Assembly
  18. Function: Opens the mouth of the empty bag to prepare it for the filling station.
  19. Operation:Once the bag arrives, suction cups grip the sides and the vacuum valve activates, pulling the bag into a half-open state.Mechanical corner plates (located on the grippers) insert themselves into the partially opened mouth.The vacuum valve then closes, and the suction cups extend fully to completely open the bag, finishing the cycle.
  20. Filling Station
  21. Function: This is a critical unit that facilitates the material filling process while managing dust emissions.
  22. Operation:Once an opened bag reaches the filling station, a geared motor drives a linkage system to lower the mechanism. The active and passive "swing doors" insert into the bag mouth and swing open to initiate filling.During filling, airborne dust is extracted through the discharge hopper assembly into the dust collection system.After filling is complete, the geared motor raises the mechanism via the linkage. The swing doors close, and the unit resets for the next cycle.
  23. Bag Clamping & Necking Assembly
  24. Function: Works in synchronization with the Filling Door Mechanism at the loading station to facilitate material filling.
  25. Top Sealing Station
  26. Function: Hermetically seals the mouth of the filled bag.
  27. Process: After the filled bag is positioned at the sealing station, the clamping bars and sealing jaws close. Internal heating elements are energized to heat-seal the bag mouth.Once the heating cycle is complete, the jaws and bars open to release the bag.
  28. Top Seal Cooling Assembly
  29. Function: Rapidly cools the freshly heat-sealed bag mouth to ensure structural integrity and seal reliability.

  3. Corner Sealing: Equipped with a corner-sealing mechanism for reliable closure. This ensures "brick-shaped" bags that result in more stable and aesthetic palletizing.
  4. Advanced Heating: Uses analog control for rapid heating. The PLC optimizes the workflow by initiating the next step immediately once the set temperature is reached, balancing seal reliability with high-speed operation.
  5. Self-Diagnostics: The sealing controller includes a self-test function. Users can quickly locate issues by cross-referencing system-generated fault codes.
  6. Vortex Cooling System: Utilizes vortex tubes and instrument air to generate sub-zero airflow (down to -40°C). This high-efficiency heat exchange ensures instant, reliable cooling of top and bottom seals even in high-ambient temperatures.
  7. Corner Seal Cooling: Employs direct compressed air cooling for corner seals, leveraging the longer interval between process steps to ensure stability.
  8. Bag Deaeration: Punches adjustable triangular micro-holes at the V-shaped corner seals. This allows smooth air discharge during flattening while preventing dust ingress.
  9. Vibration Compaction: A high-frequency vibration mechanism makes granular materials flow like fluid during filling. This maximizes packing density, minimizes trapped air, and reduces required bag length.
