Equipment Workflow

• Products are conveyed from the upstream production line into the Checkweigher.
• Acceleration Section (Infeed)
• Products enter the "Acceleration Section": The spacing between products is increased to ensure that they enter the "Weighing Section" as individual units rather than multiple items grouped together.
• Weighing Section
• Products enter the "Weighing Section": The weighing system rapidly detects the weight of the product and immediately determines whether it falls within the target weight range.If the weight is within tolerance, the product is seamlessly conveyed out of the machine.If the weight is out of tolerance, the system generates a reject delay signal.Simultaneously, the system automatically records the count of both qualified and non-conforming products.
• Rejection Section
• Products enter the "Rejection Section": Upon detecting the reject delay signal, the section executes the rejection action at the precise moment to accurately remove the non-conforming product from the line.
