• Filling Principle: The filling process is driven by a servo motor moving forward and backward, which triggers the reciprocating motion of the pistons within the cylinders.
• HMI: Provides precise management of the entire production process
• Submerged Diving Filling Mechanism: The nozzles automatically extend into the bottle during filling to prevent overflow. This is specifically designed for filling viscous sauces and liquids.
• Automatic Bottle Neck Alignment: A specialized system utilizing photoelectric sensors and mechanical linkages ensures the nozzles synchronize and align with bottle openings in real-time as they enter the filling zone. This prevents oil or liquid spillage, maintaining a clean working environment.
• "No Bottle, No Fill" Protection: Photoelectric sensors monitor the filling positions. If a bottle is missing or displaced, the nozzles will neither descend nor open, effectively preventing product waste and equipment contamination.
• Reservoir Tank Feed Control: The reservoir is equipped with liquid level sensors interlocked with a solenoid valve. The system monitors levels via photoelectric detection to automatically trigger or stop product intake during the filling process.
• Fault Diagnostics & Emergency Stop: Should a malfunction occur during operation, the system triggers a flashing visual alarm and displays the specific root cause of the fault on the touchscreen interface for rapid troubleshooting.
