I. Machine Function Overview

• Automated Operation:The packaging machine automatically completes the entire production cycle, including product dosing/metering, bag forming, sealing, coding, and cutting.
• Bus-Based PLC Control: Equipped with a high-performance motion bus PLC and a multi-language touchscreen display for intuitive and simple operation.
• Stability & Real-Time Adjustment: The system runs with high stability, allowing operators to adjust parameters without stopping the machine.
• Data Management: Displays real-time production speed and batch counts. It features a self-diagnostic function for equipment faults and can store up to 100 sets of parameters, making product changeovers fast and convenient.
• Connectivity: Includes an Ethernet port for seamless integration into EMS.
• Servo-Driven Mechanism: Utilizing a bus-controlled servo motor for the thermal sealing and bag-pulling process.
• Flexible Length Adjustment: Bag length can be set and modified directly via the touchscreen with high precision, eliminating the need to replace mechanical components.
• Optical Registration: Equipped with a high-performance photoelectric tracking system. When using materials with eye marks, the system ensures precise alignment to deliver a complete and perfectly centered brand logo/pattern.
• Pneumatic Piston Pump: Utilizes a high-precision pneumatic piston pump for quantitative filling. It offers high-speed operation with a filling accuracy of ±0.5% to ±3% (varying based on the specific material properties).
• Hygienic and Safe Design:Designed with an open structure for easy access. The frame is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, while all components in contact with the product are made of high-quality SUS316L stainless steel to ensure zero contamination.
• Safety & Maintenance: The machine is easy to clean and features an automatic fault alarm system. For operator safety, the machine will automatically shut down if the protective safety guards are not closed.

• Filling System: Independent piston pumps per lane. Double-jacketed insulated hopper with bi-directional agitation. Tool-less quick-release design for sanitary cleaning.
• Hopper Options: Optional adjustable-speed stirring (horizontal/vertical) and temperature-controlled heating for low-flow materials.
• Bag Former: Specialized integrated design for high stability.
• Vertical Seal: Intelligent temp control for uniform, airtight seals. Bars auto-open on standby to prevent film/product scorching.
• Horizontal Seal: Servo-driven for stable pressure and high precision. Compatible with multi-layer films (PET/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.).
• Laser Coder: UV laser. Touchscreen UI with USB/Ethernet connectivity for easy data loading.
• Round Corner Die: Made of Japanese steel via high-precision Wire EDM for clean cuts.
• HMI: 12-language support. Intuitive operation with real-time speed/batch tracking and 100-parameter memory.
• Certification: GMP compliant. Machine is CE certified; electrical components are CUL certified.

III. Workflow

• Film Loading: Manual installation of the packaging film onto the air-expansion shaft of the unwinding mechanism.
• Auto-Feeding: Materials are fed via a servo rotor pump. The level sensor triggers automatic refilling when low and stops once the hopper is full.
• Dosing: Quantitative filling via pneumatic piston pumps.
• Sealing & Cutting: Longitudinal and transverse sealing (with easy-tear notches) followed by round-corner (die-cut) trimming.
• Full Cycle: Automated completion of feeding, metering, discharging, date coding, bag forming, sealing, cutting, and finished product conveying.
