Application requirements:

• 90° swing-arm print-and-apply labeling (print and apply in real time)
• Labeling position: end face of the product (short side / end surface)

Special Notes:

• The label content is sent from the data system to the printer. The printer prints thelabel, and a 90° swing cylinder with a vacuum suction pad applies the label to the target position.
• When a product is detected in position, the cylinder is activated and applies the label onto the product.
• Online operation instructions:
• (1) Connect the printer to the computer via Ethernet cable or USB.
• (2) Install the printer driver on the connected computer.
• (3) Set the printer as the default printer on the computer.
• (4) The system will automatically send data to the printer; once data is received, the printer is ready to operate.
• (5) Through printer sharing, any computer on the local network can access and use the printer.

Product Features:

• The machine is controlled by a PLC with a touchscreen HMI. The interface is optimized for simple and intuitive operation.
• Products are detected by a sensor. The signal is processed by the PLC, and the front/rear labeling position can be adjusted through parameter settings.
• The machine operating status is clearly displayed on the touchscreen in real time, and parameter settings are designed to be simple and user-friendly
