Equipment Features

• Equipped with missing-cap alarm and cap-feeding function to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation.
• PLC intelligent programming with touch screen control for convenient and simple operation.
• The cap feeder can place approximately 100 caps at a time.
• Depending on the actual caps used, an additional cap-lifting machine or vibratory cap feeder can be configured.
• Changing caps of different diameters does not require replacing parts; only adjustments to the cap storage slot, cap feeder slot, safety guard, screw adjustment of the capping head height, cap-holding width, and capping wheel width are needed; adjustment time is about 20 minutes.
• Equipped with a conveyor belt 1.9 m long and 0.9 m high, with chain plate width of 114 mm.
• Two cap-holding motors: 0.24 kW/220 V each; conveyor motor: 0.2 kW/220 V; total power: 0.68 kW.
• Conveyor belt material: Nylon POM.
• The machine requires connection to an air compressor; to ensure continuous and rapid operation, it is recommended to use a 5 kW air compressor (to be provided by the customer).
• This product is mainly suitable for dust-proof cap sealing of various PET, iron, aluminum, and paper round bottles. The design is advanced, structure is reasonable, and operation is simple, making it an ideal packaging machine for the food, pharmaceutical, tea, and chemical industries.
