Application Requirements
- Suitable for automatic high-speed feeding, buffering, print-and-apply labeling of aluminum foil bags, kraft paper bags, and paper boxes.
- Supports automatic label printing and labeling.
Working Principle
- The operator loads the bags onto the machine. The friction feeder automatically separates the bags one by one, spaces them apart, and then transfers them to the labeling belt section.
- Each labeling station is equipped with its own product detection sensor. Each labeling function can be turned on or off independently as needed. When the sensor detects a product passing through, it sends a signal to the labeling control system. The control system then drives the motor to dispense the label at the proper position and apply it to the designated labeling area on the product.
- As the product passes through the high-precision photoelectric sensor, the labeling position can be accurately detected. The front and rear labeling positions can be adjusted as needed.
- Operating process: Product loading → Product conveying automatically by the machine → Product spacing → Product detection → Labeling → Label pressing/wiping → Collection of labeled products.
Special Notes
- The system software transfers the data to the computer or industrial PC. The data system sends the label content template to the printer, and the printer prints the labels while buffering them at the same time. The labels are then applied to the designated position by means of a peel plate.
- When the product is detected, the label is applied to the product and then pressed firmly by a sponge roller.
Label Requirements
- Labels must be supplied in roll form, single lane, with a label gap of 0.08–0.12 in.
- The margin between the label edge and the release liner edge should be 0.08–0.12 in.
- Label backing paper material: glassine release liner.
- Label die-cutting accuracy: ±0.008 in. The release liner must not be cut or damaged.
- Maximum outer diameter of label roll: 11.8 in.
- Core inner diameter: 3 in.
Product Features
- PLC-controlled printer with touchscreen HMI, simple and user-friendly operation.
- Product detection is performed by sensors, and the labeling position can be adjusted through HMI parameter settings.
- Machine status and settings are clearly displayed on the touchscreen for easy operation and monitoring.
