• Servo-Controlled Bag Pulling System: The heat-sealing and bag-pulling system is driven by bus servo motor. Bag length can be adjusted directly on the touchscreen without replacing mechanical parts, ensuring high accuracy and easy operation.
• High-Precision Photoelectric Tracking: Equipped with a high-performance SICK photoelectric tracking system, ensuring accurate positioning and complete trademark patterns when using printed film with color marks.

Workflow

• Film Loading: The operator manually loads the packaging film roll onto the air shaft of the film unwinding unit.
• Automatic Material Feeding: The operator adds material to the vacuum feeder. When the level sensor of the linear scale does not detect material, feeding starts automatically; when sufficient material is detected, feeding stops. The powder is then automatically transferred into the hopper.
• Dosing and Filling: The product is accurately measured and filled by the auger dosing system.
• Sealing and Cutting: The machine completes vertical sealing with an easy-tear notch and round-corner cutting, as well as horizontal sealing with an easy-tear notch.
• Automatic Packaging Process: The machine automatically completes material feeding, dosing, filling, date printing, bag forming, sealing, cutting, and other packaging processes.
