• The filling nozzles are made of 304 stainless steel. 316 stainless steel is optional if required by the product. The nozzles are corrosion-resistant and meet GMP production requirements.
• The feeding hose is made of PVC, with a temperature range of 14.0°F to 194.0°F (-10.0°C to 90.0°C).
• Fill volume and filling speed can be easily adjusted and displayed through the touchscreen. The machine has a clean and professional appearance.
• The machine offers strong compatibility. Different bottle shapes and sizes can be adjusted quickly without changing parts, making it suitable for multi-product and multi-size production.
• Product tank capacity: 8,453.5 fl oz (250.0 L), supporting efficient and continuous operation.
• The conveyor belt is made of POM, offering good wear resistance.
• An air compressor is required separately. Minimum air pressure requirement: 87.0 psi (0.6 MPa).
