Suitable for the production of cosmetic cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, facial cleanser, sunscreen cream, ointment, emulsion, sauce, and other high-viscosity liquid or paste products.

Main Features

• Electric Heating & Water Cooling:The machine supports electric heating and cooling by cold/tap water.
• Vacuum Emulsifying & Defoaming:The vacuum system can suck materials into the main pot and help remove air bubbles during mixing and emulsifying.
• Bidirectional Paddle Mixing with Scraper:The frame-wall mixer rotates clockwise and counter-clockwise, while the scraper continuously scrapes the inner wall to improve mixing efficiency and reduce material residue.
• Bottom Homogenizer:Equipped with a bottom high-speed homogenizer for better emulsifying and mixing performance.
• Hydraulic Lifting System:The tank cover and mixing system can be lifted hydraulically for easier operation and cleaning.
• PLC Control System:Easy operation through PLC control, with Siemens inverter control for stable speed adjustment.
