Overview
- The swing-arm capping machine is an automated piece of equipment specially designed for tightening bottle caps. It is widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries. Through the swinging motion of the mechanical arm, the machine accurately tightens caps onto bottles, ensuring proper sealing and product safety. The swing-arm capping machine features high efficiency, stable performance, and easy operation, helping to significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.
Main Features
- High Efficiency and Stable Performance: Equipped with an advanced servo motor and precision transmission system to ensure fast and smooth capping operation, improving production efficiency.
- Strong Adaptability: Suitable for bottles of different shapes and sizes, and compatible with various cap types, such as plastic caps, metal caps, and others.
- Easy Operation: Designed with a user-friendly HMI interface. Parameter settings are simple, and operators can become proficient after short-term training.
- Automatic Detection: Equipped with a photoelectric sensor system to automatically detect whether the cap is in position, ensuring that each cap meets the required standard.
- Easy Maintenance: Modular design allows key components to be easily replaced and maintained, reducing maintenance costs.
- Hygienic and Safe: Designed in compliance with GMP standards. All parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade materials to ensure hygiene and safety.
Working Principle
- Bottle Infeed: Bottles enter the working area of the capping machine through the conveyor.
- Positioning: When the photoelectric sensor detects that a bottle has reached the designated position, the conveyor stops to ensure accurate bottle positioning.
- Capping: The mechanical arm swings to pick up a cap from the cap feeding mechanism and places it onto the bottle mouth. The cap is then tightened through a rotating motion.
- Bottle Discharge: Qualified bottles are discharged through the conveyor and transferred to the next process.
