Label Requirements

1. Labels must be supplied in roll form with a single row of labels. The gap between labels should be 2–3 mm.
2. The margin between the label and the edge of the release liner should be 2–3 mm.
3. Release liner material: Glassine paper.
4. Label die-cutting tolerance: ±0.2 mm. The release liner must not be cut or damaged.

Product Features

1. The machine is controlled by a PLC and driven by a stepper motor. It is equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface for simple and intuitive operation.
2. Parameters can be set and adjusted quickly and easily. The labeling speed and production count are clearly displayed on the screen.
3. Once the leading edge of the label is applied to the product, the moving product automatically pulls the remaining label from the backing paper and completes the labeling process.
4. A sensor detects the product and sends a signal to the PLC. The labeling position can be moved forward or backward by adjusting the corresponding parameters.
