Operating Process

• Bottle infeed → pump head sorting → cap pickup and alignment → pneumatic insertion → finished product discharge.

• Adjustable Torque Control:Pneumatic torque is continuously adjustable for consistent capping. The adjustable soft-grip mechanism helps prevent leaks, thread damage, cracking, scratches, and deformation.
• Intelligent Detection and Protection:No bottle, no cap feeding. The machine automatically alarms and stops in case of missing materials, cap-picking errors, bottle jams, or overload.
• Quick Changeover:The modular design allows changeover between different bottle and pump sizes in approximately 5–10 minutes.
• Production Line Compatibility:The machine can operate independently or connect with filling, labeling, and cartoning machines.
• Hygienic and Corrosion-Resistant:Product-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and hygienic production.
