Label Requirements

1. Labels must be supplied in rolls, in a single row, with a gap of 0.08–0.12 in between labels.
2. Margin between the label and the edge of the release liner: 0.08–0.12 in.
3. Release liner material: Glassine.
4. Label die-cutting tolerance: ±0.008 in. The release liner must not be cut or damaged.
5. Maximum label roll outer diameter: 11.81 in.
6. Roll core inner diameter: 3 in.

Product Features

1. PLC control, stepper motor drive, and an easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
2. Saved recipes allow quick setup for different label formats. Labeling speed and label count are clearly displayed.
3. Pneumatic tamp labeling with an application stroke customized to the customer’s product dimensions.
4. A sensor detects each product and sends a signal to the PLC. Label placement can be adjusted forward or backward through the parameter settings.

Note: The customer must provide compressed air and electrical power.
