1. Machine Function Overview

• This machine is designed for automatic coding, bag forming, air filling/exhausting, and packaging. When integrated with a weighing or dosing system, it can meet fully automatic packaging requirements for a wide variety of products, including granules, powders, and liquids.
• Typical applications include rice, mixed grains, pet food, chemical plastic granules, and other similar products.

3. Product Features

• The filling system is customized based on the product characteristics and test results to ensure high accuracy, smooth material flow, and precise dosing.

• After packaging, the product is better protected against oxidation, mold, spoilage, and moisture, helping maintain freshness and extend shelf life.

4.Working Process

• Manually load the packaging film roll onto the film shaft and install it according to the film-threading diagram.
• The machine works with the appropriate weighing/filling system for product feeding and filling.
• The machine performs vertical sealing (back seal) and horizontal sealing, with optional easy-tear notches, euro slots, or round hang holes.
• The machine automatically completes date coding, bag forming, sealing, and cutting.
